Everything I need is here. I have a nice kitchen, laundry in my apartment, an elevator and friends I see every day. If I need anything the office staff are right down the hall.
All Legacy Communities include fully equipped kitchens with built in microwaves and dishwashers. Most communities have all major utilities paid by the owner. Senior Apartments include window coverings, individual furnaces, central air and individual water heaters are standard. Quality carpeting and flooring in contemporary colors complete the décor.
All Legacy Senior apartment communities have large social areas for resident events, gatherings and interactions with other residents.
